How can I remember to take this every day?
Many women set aside specific times of day to take their supplements. Some women find it useful to set a daily reminder on their cell phone or their calendar. Others keep a bottle of HealthyUp® Complete Prenatal where they are likely to see it, such as a kitchen counter or desk.
Is it preferable to take all six supplements in the packet at once or throughout the day?
The nutrients in HealthyUp® Complete Prenatal are more easily absorbed by your body throughout the day. That said, some women find it simpler to take all six supplements at once with a meal. To consume the supplements throughout the day, consider taking 1 Prenatal Essentials Capsule (a speckled beige capsule) and 1 large omega-3 softgel with breakfast; 1 Prenatal Essentials Capsule and 1 small omega-3 softgel with lunch; and 1 Prenatal Essentials Capsule and 1 Magnesium Glycinate Complex capsule (a white capsule) with dinner.
Why is there not more calcium included?
Because calcium in larger amounts may upset the stomach, we use a moderate amount in the highly absorbable form of calcium citrate-malate. We recommend consuming calcium-rich foods such as dairy, leafy greens, and legumes to help meet your daily calcium needs.
