FAQ’s
What if I miss taking this for a day or two?
HealthyUp®'s Botanical Menopause Relief supplement is intended to be taken consistently. Its effectiveness is driven by the taking two capsules per day, every day. If you miss taking for a few days, resume taking two capsules per day, every day when you can. Do not take extra servings
to make up for the day(s) missed.
How can I remember to take this every day?
Many women set aside a specific time of day to take their supplements. Some women find it useful to set a daily reminder on their mobile phone or calendar. Others keep a bottle of HealthyUp® where they are likely to see it, such as a kitchen counter, bedroom dresser, or desk.
How do I know if I am in menopause?
Menopause occurs when the menstrual cycle stops for 12 months. Perimenopause, or menopausal transition, is the phase just prior to menopause when estrogen production in the body begins to decline. Physical signs may include hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, irregular periods, loss of libido, and fatigue. Psychological signs may include occasional sleeplessness, mood swings, and irritability.* Individual experiences vary. This is not intended as medical advice. Consult a doctor to determine whether you are in perimenopause or menopause.
How long does the menopausal transition last?
According to a January, 2015 report in the Journal of the American Medical Association, the average woman will experience a transition to menopause for 7.4 years. For some, this phase will only last a few months while for others, it can last up to 14 years. Most women begin their menopausal transition is their 40’s with menopause occurring between 45 and 55 years old. However, some women begin experiencing menopausal signs in their 30’s. Individual experiences vary.
I am past menopause. Can I still use HealthyUp®?
Yes. Many women still experience common menopausal signs, such as hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, and occasional sleeplessness, postmenopause. In two double blind placebo-controlled clinical studies, key ingredients in HealthyUp® were observed to help women including those who were postmenopause.* Individual results may vary. Consult a doctor to determine whether you are postmenopause.
Why is HealthyUp® considered a good alternative to supplements containing black cohosh?
